Assignment of Rents
The leasing company assigns lease receivables to a commercial bank or a financial institution, and will receive in return the payment of valuable consideration from the assignee.
Securitization of Leased Assets
The leasing company can package and reorganize the leased assets and ask trust company to underwrite them as trust bond, or directly issue asset-backed securities in the financial market.
Leveraged Loans
